Video Round-Up: Lost on YouTube Edition

Video Round-Up is a weekly post collecting an assortment of videos from around the web. Whether they be music videos, creative viral marketing, just plain cool, or just plain ridiculous, they will all be found on Video Round-Up.

YouTube is a black hole of stupidity and wonderment. You click on one video out of curiosity and before you know it you've fallen down a rabbit hole of insanity. I quite often fall into the suggested videos trap when looking for content for Video Round-Ups, so I thought I'd share one of my journeys.

It all started when I saw the title of this video on YouTube's front page. I simply had to click it and watch. That guy had one hell of a story to tell his wife when he got home.

In the past we'd only hear about stuff like this on the news, but now that there are video cameras on every building on the block we get to marvel at it. According to the description that dude falling to the ground was only injured. Why the hell would you be driving around with your dump truck up anyway? I think that driver probably got fired for this.

You know, sometimes a little ingenuity can save you a lot of money. Still, are ramps really that expensive?

I remember when VHS skate videos were all the rage. Nowadays there's the Internet for your more...unique extreme sports. I wonder if anyone is passing around videos of Bobcat tricks on their Facebook profiles. It's sort of an expensive extreme sport, but you've gotta keep escalating things, now don't ya? Otherwise it's not very extreme. Oh, and The Nerve Agents are one of my favorite bands ever and not enough people know about them.
